40 Chapter IV Findings: Business Solution Based on data and information in the last chapters regarding awareness around environmental sustainability in light vehicle operation and dilemma for the company whether continue using existing fuel or improve with the better specification fuel with some impact. Some issues regard the options are economical, technical, environmental, and also quality. Due to complex previous consideration and variable to get the right decision, this final project attempt to assist the decision maker using tools and structured analysis. The need to identify a fuel option that balances economic considerations, technical performance, environmental responsibility, and quality standards is crucial. Traditional decision-making methods may be hard in addressing the complexities in selecting the best fuel alternative. A structured and comprehensive approach is required to evaluate multiple criteria systematically and to arrive at a decision that aligns with both business goals and sustainability commitments. To navigate this multifaceted decision-making landscape, we turn to the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), a robust multi-criteria decision-making tool. AHP provides a framework for evaluating various alternatives against a set of defined criteria, incorporating expert insights and quantitative analysis to identify the most suitable solution. Author attempt to interview 5 experts that relate directly on the operasional of light vehicle in Pertamina Zona 4. IV.1 Data Research Findings Based of primary data collected, can be analyze that the company set the CO2 Emission reduction target of General Manager Zona 4 as the progressive target. It is shown the increasing target from 2023 to 2024 up to 17.6%, refer to the table below: Table 4.1. KPI of CO2 Emission Reduction No KPI Description Unit Target 2023 Target 2024 1 CO2 Emission reduction Ton CO2e 43.693 51.400 41 This target is cascaded to all department in all operation. The goal is to align every department with the sustainability objectives by minimizing carbon emissions throughout operations. To SCM department, this target is quite challenging, due to daily operation is inseparable with emission, because SCM operate light transportation, heavy crane, truck crane & boom truck, wheel loader, vacuum truck, and also forklift for logistic purpose. This Figure 4.1 below show us the information about provision of diesel fuel in Zona 4 Field Prabumulih. Figure 4.1 Diesel Fuel Consumption in Field Prabumulih Table 4.2 Provision of Diesel Fuel in Prabumulih From data on Table 4.2 above, indicate that more than 56% of fuel is absorbed for the light vehicle operation, it means that improvement for this dominant part would give the significant effect for the carbon emission program. To address this challenge, Management team of SCM Zona 4 were invited to discuss and - 10,000 20,000 30,000 40,000 50,000 60,000 70,000 80,000 Januari Februari Maret April Mei 2,558 2,023 1,372 797 1,591 15,225 13,925 12,320 9,263 12,203 2,311 2,444 3,459 3,184 3,490 36,826 35,078 36,597 37,835 35,250 280 495 439 360 537 69,063 70,898 72,969 63,781 72,954 Diesel Fuel Consumption 2023 Heavy Crane Truck Crane & Boom TruckWheel Loader Vacuum truck Forklift Light VehicleMonth Heavy Crane Truck Crane & Boom Truck Wheel LoaderVacuum truck ForkliftLight Vehicle TOTAL Januari 2,558 15,225 2,311 36,826 280 69,063 126,263 Februari 2,023 13,925 2,444 35,078 495 70,898 124,863 Maret 1,372 12,320 3,459 36,597 439 72,969 127,156 April 797 9,263 3,184 37,835 360 63,781 115,220 Mei 1,591 12,203 3,490 35,250 537 72,954 126,025 Average 1,668 12,587 2,978 36,317 422 69,933 123,905 PROVISION OF DIESEL FUEL ZONA 4 FIELD PRABUMULIH Januari - Mei 2023 (Liters) 42 evaluate the operational excellent of light vehicle. one of the topics discuss about reliability of the vehicle, how often the vehicle breaking down and repaired.
