Table IV.1 Descriptive Analysis Demographics Item Frequency Percent Gender Male 34 12% Female 253 88% Total 287 100% Age Group 18 - 24 years 11 3% 25 - 34 years 152 53% 35 - 44 years 108 38% 45 - 54 16 6% Total 287 100% Education Diploma 93 32% Bachelor degree 185 64% Master degree 9 3% Total 287 100% Years of working < 1 years 15 5% Koleksi digital milik UPT Perpustakaan ITB untuk keperluan pendidikan dan penelitian 2 Demographics Item Frequency Percent 1 - 2 years 105 37% 3 - 5 years 155 54% > 5 years 12 4% Total 287 100% The sample demonstrates a notable disparity in gender representation, with females comprising a substantial majority of 88% (253 out of 287 respondents), while males constitute a mere 12% (34 respondents). The significant gender disparity suggests that the research sample or the healthcare institution under investigation is predominantly comprised of female staff. The existence of this imbalance has the potential to impact the outcomes of the study, particularly if there are gender-specific differences in behaviour or attitudes regarding e-learning and academic dishonesty. The observed gap may suggest broader trends in the healthcare industry, where certain professions, such as nursing, have a higher percentage of female representation. The age distribution shows a notable clustering in the 25-34 age group, which accounts for 53% of all respondents (152 out of 287). The age group of 35-44 years, comprising 38% (108 respondents), is the second largest demographic. The age cohorts of 18-24 years and 45-54 years represent 3% (11 respondents) and 6% (16 respondents), respectively. The high occurrence of individuals aged 25-34 and 35-44 suggests that the workforce is predominantly composed of individuals who are relatively youthful to middle-aged. This likely pertains to persons who are now engaged in their careers and Koleksi digital milik UPT Perpustakaan ITB untuk keperluan pendidikan dan penelitian 3 actively pursuing additional education and professional development. The demographic composition is significant as it can influence attitudes towards e-learning, the acceptance of technology, and susceptibility to academic dishonesty, which can be affected by varying levels of expertise and requirements. Out of the total of 287 respondents, 64% or 185 individuals have a bachelor's degree as part of their educational background. Among the respondents, 32% (93 persons) have a diploma, whereas only 3% (9 individuals) hold a master's degree. The workforce distribution demonstrates a prevailing prevalence of individuals with advanced education, as a significant proportion of people have obtained at least a bachelor's degree. The substantial number of individuals holding bachelor's degrees suggests a workforce that values higher education and professional qualifications, which could result in more involvement in e-learning programmes. However, the organization's low percentage of individuals holding master's degrees may indicate a limited number of opportunities or incentives for continuing higher education inside the organisation.
