37 Chapter II Literature Review II.1 Introduction In this research proposal, use the PRISMA approach to conduct a literature review, as shown below: Figure II. 1 PRISMA Flow Diagram (Liberati et al., 2009) 38 To summarize the literature's evidence, it is essential to carry out a systematic review and meta-analysis. Also, published systematic review reviews have found that crucial information about a study, an international group, and experienced methodology has developed PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) as an evolution from the original QUOROM guidelines for systematic review and meta-analysis of an evaluation (Liberati et al., 2009). In this method of determining the systematic literature, the author first determines the keywords to be searched for, and we get seven search keywords, namely: a. Digital Banking Transformation b. Digital Banking c. P2PL d. Fintech e. Bank Disruption f. Financial Technology g. Covid-19 After that the authors conducted a search for journals related to these keywords within the limitations of the last 10 years (2011-2021), except for the Covid-19 keyword, the author is looking for from 2019-2021. And the authors got the following results: Table II. 1 Search by Keywords Identification 39 After collecting relevant journals, the author exports the citations in RIS format for further analysis. To ensure consistency and reliability in cross-cultural research, scholars must conduct measurement equivalence tests as part of the preliminary data analysis to address challenges beyond those encountered in domestic research (Harzing et al., 2021). The author utilizes Harzing’s Publish or Perish software to process and analyse the collected literature data. From the analysis of 376,283 keywords, the software generated statistical results, which were then sorted to identify the most relevant literature for this dissertation: Table II. 2 Total Sorted papers and citations search by keywords using Harzing Publish or Perish And from the table above the writer then performs the data processing and is described by a chart like the figure below: 40 Figure II. 2 Literature Evidence by Harzing Publish or Perish After the writer sorted using Harzing Publish or Perish software next, the author visualized the bibliography. And the authors conclude that topics that still have a chance to be researched are related to P2PL, Digital Banking Transformation, Covid-19 Pandemic, Developing Countries, New Business Model. From the results that the author has visualized from the bibliography, or data sets containing bibliographic fields (title, author, author, journal, etc.).
