CHAPTER IV DATA ANALYSIS The researcher disseminated the questionnaires to the respondents based on the chosen eligibility criteria after confirming the population and the necessary sample size. The respondents must meet the following criteria, including being an MSMEs in Bandung City and having either used cloud computing previously or presently. As a result, the researcher successfully acquired 165 responses in total. However, the eligible respondents are only 158. Therefore, the minimum required sample of 140 respondents has been fulfilled. 158 respondents' data were hence processed for further analysis that include both descriptive and statistical analysis. Following are the full explanations for the analysis. 4.1 Descriptive Analysis The respondents socio-demographic characteristics will be displayed in this section, particularly the gender, domicile, MSMEs size, position on business, business sector, type of cloud computing services, and intensity of using cloud computing. 4.1.1 Gender Based on the respondents’ data, the researcher discovered that most of the respondents are women, accounting for 58.18% (96 respondents), while the remainder are men, accounting for 41.82% (69 respondents). The distribution of gender from the survey is depicted in the following pie chart. Figure 4.1 Gender Distribution 42 4.1.2 Domicile To ensure the eligible criteria of the respondents, domicile questions are added. Based on the domicile of the respondents, the majority are from Bandung, with the percentage distribution of 95.75% (158 respondents), while the remaining 4.24% (7 respondents) are from outside the Bandung area. The distribution is illustrated in the following figure. Due to the unmet requirements of some respondents, this study will further analyze only the 158 respondents who reside in Bandung City Figure 4.2 Domicile Distribution 4.1.3 MSMEs Size Based on the responses, the majority of the respondents are micro enterprises, comprising 72.15% (114 respondents). This is followed by small enterprises at 18.35% (29 respondents), and medium enterprises are the least represented at 9.49% (15 respondents). The following pie chart illustrates the distribution of MSME size among the respondents. The following pie chart shows the distribution of positions within the MSMEs, regardless of its size. Figure 4.4 Position on Business Distribution 4.1.5 Business Sector Most of the respondents in this research are involved in the food and beverage sector, accounting for 27.22% (43 respondents).
