124 CHAPTER V CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION As previously explained in Chapter I Covid 19 Pandemic and the 4.0 industrial revolution expedites digital transformation into all areas of a business resulting in fundamental changes to how businesses operate and how they deliver value to customers. In Indonesia, the effort to realize the Digital transformation plan is cascaded into policies applied through various sectors opening business opportunities. The governmentand public sector’s digital transformation program covers strategic sectors such as transportation and tourism, trade, financial services, city urban real estate planning, education, health, industrial and governmental creates potential demand for industry players. PT LVH Abadi with the business to provide customer Cloud technology infrastructure services help them in planning, migrating, and operating in their Cloud system through various products and services. The researcher explores a number of contributing aspects to the strategic intervention design inspired by Cummings and Worley’s Organization Development and Change theory in Designing intervention. Culture transformation is part of Strategic intervention in a company which is driven by the opportunity and challenges in Information Technology business in Cloud computing. The research is conducted to help the company establish an organization that could scale up through a strategic intervention plan that is designed using the theoretical approach of Organization Development and the observation through various field studies in PT LVH Abadi to realize its journey to achieve its vision. As the biggest enabler in digital transformation, cloud computing is the most adopted technologies during the pandemic with the achievement of 95%. It pushes companies and intitutions to move towards adopting cloud technology. Competitive landscape requires rapid innovation as well the support of a scalable organization that is agile in managing its people, business process and technology 125 adoptions. People as the key element to an organization, plays a vital role into the success of a business growth plan. In this era of digital transformation, many organizations are looking into culture transformation of the organization to tap into the increasingly growing market. This becomes imperative to avoid getting left behind then quickly become irrelevant. PT LVH Abadi needs to scale its organization to win the competition in the Cloud computing market. The thesis focuses on the culture change that is proposed to be adopted by PT LVH Abadi to support its company vision which is to be the Leader in the Cloud Infrastucture business in the world by 2035, aligning to Gartner’s Magic Quadrant using Strategic Intervention in the Organization Development approach and OCAI CVF tools. This approach examines the current and suggested the future culture transformation plans to help the company embark in its journey to realize its vision. V.1 Conclusion V.1.1 Answering the research question, no 1 which is quiring about the current dominant organization culture type adopted by PT LVH Abadi. The previous analysis examined deeply into the culture of the organization and took the researcher to dive in and take as objective measures as possible where it explains the organization’s current and preferred culture in the company for both the leader and follower. The OCAI concluded that Clan culture dominates the organization. As clearly seen from the OCAI assessment, the whole organization agrees that the Clan culture dominates the culture of the company both present and should still be so in the future.
