95 Chapter V Conclusion and Recommendation V. 1 Conclusion Postur Clinic, a healthcare facility specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), offers consultations and non-surgical treatments primarily focused on correcting posture issues, notably Scoliosis, in a conservative and holistic manner. Founded by a PM&R doctor dedicated to addressing her patients' medical concerns, the clinic unexpectedly experienced substantial growth within three years of establishment. Despite this success, the owner observed intermittent fluctuations in sales, signaling a deeper issue in the clinic's management. Upon analysis, it was revealed that not having an adequate business strategy with the absence of clear guidelines for strategy formulation stood out as the root cause behind the inconsistent performance at Postur Clinic. Thus, this research was conducted to formulate a business strategy framework to help develop and sustain a small medium enterprise in the healthcare industry. Following the problem analysis, this research also use the analysis of this frameworks: 1. Primary data analysis conducted through personal interviews with three internal respondents, three external respondents, and a survey conducted to 70 respondents of Postur Clinic’s patients. 2. Secondary data obtained through Postur Clinic’s internal data, books, journals, and articles from the internet. 3. Frameworks for external and internal analysis such as PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, Consumer Behavior, VRIO matrix, SWOT- TOWS matrix, Marketing Mix 7Ps, STP strategy, and Ansoff Matrix. Hereby the further elaboration of the author’s answer towards the research questions that are presented in the first chapter: 96 1. What is the present state of the external and internal conditions of Postur Clinic. Postur Clinic specializes in scoliosis treatment, offering unique therapies like Schroth Best Practice exercises and Gensingen Brace technology.
