It is shown by the increasing wellness industry in Indonesia and globally. This will be a great opportunity for wellness startups in Indonesia to maximize their potential to generate more money. However, they are struggling to achieve their maximum potential. Understanding the importance of being an innovative startup, the purpose of this research is to analyze the business model innovation that can be implemented in wellness startups. This research will use a qualitative approach by applying a direct discussion with the wellness startup’s co-founders. Using the Ten Types of Innovation by Doblin, the data will be analyzed to understand the wellness startup’s current business model innovation and propose new business model innovation for the future. It can be understood that not every strategy can be carried out successfully, therefore the new business model innovation is important to prepare the future market condition. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya industri wellness di Indonesia maupun global. Peningkatan ini, akan menjadi peluang besar bagi startup di bidang wellness di Indonesia untuk memaksimalkan potensi agar dapat menghasilkan lebih banyak keuntungan. Namun, mereka kesulitan untuk dapat mencapai potensi maksimalnya. Memahami pentingnya menjadi startup yang inovatif, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis inovasi model bisnis yang dapat diimplementasikan pada startup di bidang wellness. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengaplikasikan diskusi langsung dengan para co-founder startup di bidang wellness. Menggunakan sepuluh jenis inovasi yang diciptakan oleh Doblin, data akan dianalisis untuk memahami inovasi model bisnis startup di bidang wellness saat ini dan mengusulkan inovasi model bisnis baru untuk masa depan. Dapat dipahami bahwa tidak semua strategi dapat dilakukan dengan sukses, oleh karena itu inovasi model bisnis baru menjadi penting untuk mempersiapkan kondisi pasar ke depan.
