Asep Darmansyah M.Si ABSTRACT GMCP is a private family company that operates in the marine and fishing industry. The company processes and exports frozen seafood. During 2015-2018 the company had losses and retained loss. As the company never did a financial analysis, there is a need for further analysis of the general financial health, to create plans to improve it. The financial health analysis was done by using financial ratios. The first indicator that the finance of the company isn’t healthy was the continuous loss that they experience and the retained loss that was carried through until 2018 with the value of minus 12 billion rupiah and the solvency ratios that was indicated by the comparative analysis. Improving the financial health means to improve the conditions that they did not pass. This is done by forecasting with financial target. There are two types of forecasting the internal and external. The end result is that the external target forecasting yields a more plausible solution to improve their financial situation that is to aim an increase of the sales by 5% each year, keeping the COGS by 87% and supporting it by switching capital structure by taking in long term debt. Asep Darmansyah M.Si ABSTRAK GMCP adalah perusahaan keluarga swasta yang beroperasi di industri kelautan dan perikanan. Perusahaan ini memproses dan mengekspor makanan laut beku. Selama 2015-2018 perusahaan mengalami kerugian dan kerugian di tahan. Karena perusahaan tidak pernah melakukan analisis keuangan, perlu diadakan analisis lanjut tentang keehatan finansial perusahaan untuk membuat rencana. Indikator pertama bahwa keuangan perusahaan tidak sehat adalah kerugian terus-menerus dan kerugian yang ditahan hingga 2018 dengan nilai minus 12 miliar rupiah dan rasio solvabilitas yang ditunjukkan oleh analisis komparatif. Meningkatkan kesehatan keuangan berarti memperbaiki kondisi yang tidak mereka lewati. Caranya adalah dengan peramalan menggunakan target.
