Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur orientasi entrepreneurial di X. Dengan mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahannya, perusahaan akan mempermudah tim manajemen dalam memelihara keberadaan orientasi entrepreneurial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) sebagai alat untuk menentukan orientasi entrepreneurial X. Jumlah responden adalah sebanyak 38 orang yang berlokasi di kantor pusat X, Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil EOS, orientasi entrepreneurial di X didominasi oleh dimensi Intelijen Pasar dan Fokus. Sementara itu, dimensi Strategic Planning dan Masa Depan memiliki skor terendah.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

This research was conducted to measure the level of entrepreneurial in X. Knowing were the company's strengths and weaknesses is necessary to maintain the existence of entrepreneurial orientation within the company. This research use Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) as the tools to determine the level of entrepreneurial in X. Total respondents are 38 people which working in X head office. From the EOS result, entrepreneurial orientation in X is highly dominated by Market Intelligent and Focus dimension. Whereas the lowest dimension score are Strategic Planning and Future dimension.
