Penentuan rute kapal petikemas ditujukan untuk menurunkan biaya logistik maritime di Indonesia. Enam pelabuhan petikemas domestik dipilih karena merupakan pilot project pada konsep Pendulum Nusantara yang mendasari adanya Tol Laut yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Model referensi Chen dkk. (2015), Parluhutan (2016), Wang dan Meng (2017) digunakan untuk mengembangkan model penentuan rute kapal petikemas pada penelitian ini. Model ini akan meminimalkan biaya operasional dengan memperhatikan kompatibilitas pelabuhan dan proses transshipment. Model matematik yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini merupakan model analitik mix integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) dan termasuk dalam klasifikasi Ship Routing Problem (SRP). Pengembangan model dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 kali loop rute kapal untuk memfasilitasi proses transshipment dan muatan tidak terkirimkan. Hasil uji perilaku menunjukkan bahwa model pengembangan dapat dikembalikan menjadi model kendaraan tunggal dan rute tunggal. Pada kasus enam pelabuhan domestik dengan Tj. Perak Surabaya sebagai pelabuhan transshipment, penambahan jumlah rute akan meningkatkan biaya transshipment. Terjadi pelanggaran kedalaman oleh draft kapal di semua pelabuhan yang dikunjungi.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

The determination of container ship route is intended to lower the maritime logistics cost in Indonesia. Six domestic container ports are selected because it has been used as pilot project on the Pendulum Nusantara concept that underlies the Sea Toll launched by the Government of Indonesia. Reference model by Chen et al. (2015), Parluhutan (2016), Wang and Meng (2017) is used to develop container ship route determination model in this study. This model will minimize the operational costs with respect to port compatibility and transshipment processes. The mathematical model resulting from this research is an analytical Mix Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) model and is included in the classification of Ship Routing Problem (SRP). The model development is done by using 2 times loop for ship route to facilitate the transshipment process and the undelivered load. The results of behavioral test shows that the development model can be restored to single vehicle model and single route. In the case of six domestic ports with Tj. Perak Surabaya as a transshipment port, the increasing number of routes will also increase the transshipment cost. There is a depth violation by the ship draft in all the ports which the ships visited.
