The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of Intrapreneurship on Indonesian publishing industry in general, specifically for X Publishing House publishing company and Penerbit Y business unit. This two publishing institute has different type of commercial status which would be seen characteristics and significant differences between both of them. It's because of different function and goal between both of them, but apparently they are still be a part of Indonesian publishing industry.
