ABSTRAK:




Persaingan bisnis di pasar internasional semakin hari semakin ketat, penuh tantangan dan ketidakpastian. Faktor faktor eksternal dapat menjadi ancaman dan peluang yang cukup signifikan bagi perusahaan. Perubahan kondisi eksternal politik, ekonomi, social budaya, dan teknologi, ternyata mampu mempengaruhi kondisi pasar.




Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya upaya untuk mencari dan menyusun strategi strategi perusahaan yang mempertimbangkan kondisi eksternal dan internal perusahaan, guna memanfaatkan kekuatan dan memperbaiki kelemahan perusahaan, dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing di pasar internasional.




PT Rattanland Furniture sebagai perusahaan ekspor furniture rotan telah menyadari sepenuhnya keadaan tersebut. Meskipun perusahaan telah melakukan online marketing tetapi sejak tahun lalu terjadi penurunan peningkatan penjualan. Sehingga diperlukan adanya upaya upaya peningkatan daya saing, yang salah satunya melalui penyusunan strategi bisnis dan pemasaran yang maksimal.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

ABSTRACT:




Business competition in International Business has been increasing today, full of challenges and uncertainties. External factors can become significant threat and opportunity for companies. Changes in political, economy, socio culture and technology condition are apparently able to influence market condition. Therefore efforts to find and formulate business strategies that take into




consideration the external and internal companys conditions are required in order to utilize companys strengths and fix companys weaknesses for the purpose of




increasing companys competitiveness in international market.




PT. Rattanland Furniture as an exporter of rattan furniture has fully realized the above situations. It has been utilizing online marketing to boosts its sales. However since last year there has been a decrease in companys sales growth. Therefore efforts to increase companys competitiveness are needed, one of them is




by constructing optimum business and marketing strategy .
