Tekanan darah merupakan parameter klinis yang dapat menentukan kondisi kesehatan tubuh manusia. Menurut data Kementrian Kesehatan Indonesia pada tahun 2015, jumlah penderita gangguan tekanan darah, kususnya hipertensi, di Indonesia sebesar 9.4%. Bentuk perawatan yang dapat diberikan kepada penderita gangguan tekanan darah adalah pengontrolan nilai tekanan darah secara rutin. Pengontrolan tekanan darah secara rutin,khususnya bagi masyarakat pedasaan, terkendala oleh keterbatasan akses tenaga medis. Dalam penelitian ini, kami akan membangun aplikasi smarth health berupa sistem pengukuran tekanan darah yang mampu mengarsipkan data tekanan darah secara online. Alat ukur tekanan darah digital dikembangkan sehingga memiliki layanan untuk mengakuisisi dan mengirim sinyal osilometry dari proses pengukuran tekanan darah menuju sistem database online. Aplikasi berbasis OS Android dikembangkan sebagai user interface yang mampu mengendalikan alat ukur tekanan darah digital melalui Bluetooth dan memberikan akses menuju jaringan internet. Proses perancangan sistem meliputi aspek hardware dan software. Aspek hardware meliputi rangkaian instrumentasi dan sistem sensor pada alat ukur tekanan darah digital. Aspek software meliputi pembangunan algoritma pengukuran pada alat ukur tekanan darah, program user interface dengan aplikasi berbasis OS android, dan program database. Dari hasil implementasi, hardware telah mampu melakukan akuisisi sinyal osilometry dengan baik. Pada bagian user interface, aplikasi android telah mampu melakukan komunikasi secara nirkabel dengan alat ukur tekanan darah melalui Bluetooth dan menampilkan data osilometry serta pada bagian database telah mampu mengarsipkan data osilometry secara online.

Blood pressure is a clinical parameter that could indicate human healthiness condition. According to Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2015, the amount of people who suffered blood pressure disorder, especially hypertension, was about 9.4% in Indonesia. The treatment form that can be given to the patient is a scheduled blood pressure monitoring. But it constrained by the limitation of access to medical expert, especially in remote area. In this research, we will develop the smart health application in form of digital blood pressure meter that could archiving blood pressure data online. Digital blood pressure meter developed in such a way so it could acquire and send the oscillometry signal from blood pressure measurement to online database system. We used Android OS as user interface that could control blood pressure meter via Bluetooth and give the access to the internet. System design processes consist of hardware and software design. Hardware aspect consist of instrumentation circuit and sensor system design in the device. Software aspect consist of measurement algorithm building, user interface program using Android OS, and database program. From the implementation, the hardware is able to acquire the oscillometry signal properly. In user interface, android application is able to communicate wirelessly with the blood pressure meter via Bluetooth and display the oscillometry data, and the online database is also archiving the data as well.
