REKOMENDASI VISI, TUJUAN, DAN STRATEGI HR JAKARTA-XYZ INDOASIA BUSINESS UNIT

Dengan visinya yang baru yaitu: "IBU HR is respected and admired by customers and employees for supporting IBU achieve its business objectives by delivering high value & reliable HR products and services", konsolidasi organisasi HR XYZ IBU dilakukan dalam sebuah kerangka project dengan nama Human Resources Organization Consolidation (HROC) mulai bulan November 2007.






Hal ini merupakan tantangan, karena peran HR akan berubah, tidak hanya mengurusi rekrutmen karyawan dan mengembangkan kompetensinya, tetapi harus dapat menjadi rekanan strategis bagi XYZ IBU dalam mencapai tujuan bisnisnya.






Tahapan konsolidasi organisasi ini merupakan masa-masa kritis bagi organisasi HR IBU, termasuk HR Jakarta sebagai organisasi baru. Untuk proses menjalankan dan mengatur organisasi baru ini agar akhirnya dapat memiliki performa tinggi sesuai peran dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan oleh HR IBU, maka usulan solusinya akan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu penetapan visi dan tujuan organisasi, penetapan peran HR Jakarta, dan memilih strategi organisasi yang akan diambil.






HR Jakarta, jika dipandang sebagai sebuah organisasi bisnis yang menghasilkan produk yaitu servis kepada customer-nya, disesuaikan dengan karakteristik tugas, tanggung jawab, dan peran setiap tim yang ada di dalam organisasi HR Jakarta, dapat menggunakan strategi yang tercantum dalam Value Disciplines, yaitu: Operational Excellence, Customer Intimacy, dan Service Leadership.






Implementasi strategi ini memerlukan sumber daya berupa: struktur organisasi, sistem dan proses, SDM, rewards, dukungan pihak lain, dan leadership. Diharapkan, organisasi HR Jakarta akan menjadi bagian integral HR IBU dan merupakan nilai tambah bagi XYZ Business Unit dalam mencapai tujuan bisnisnya dengan meningkatkan keefektifan, efisiensi, dan kualitas HR service delivery.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

With its new vision of "IBU HR is respected and admired by customers and employees for supporting IBU achieve its business objectives by delivering high value & reliable HR products and services", consolidation of human resources organization in XYZ Business Unit has been established as Human Resources Organization Consolidation (HROC) project since November 2007.






The journey will create a new challenge for HR IBU because they have to play a new role, from administrative function in recruiting and developing employee competencies, to a strategic business partner of XYZ IBU in achieving its business objectives.






This milestone is a critical step to HR IBU, including HR Jakarta as a new organization. Our recommendation to establish and manage this new organization in achieving its high performance according to their new roles, will be presented step by step which are: set the vision and organization objective, establish the role of HR Jakarta, and choose the right strategy to follow.






If we consider HR Jakarta as a business organization and deliver its product to customer, which is services, should use one or combination of the strategy in Value Discipline, consist of: Operational Excellence, Customer Intimacy, dan Service Leadership. HR Jakarta has to align the chosen strategy and the job character, role & responsibility of its team in the HR Jakarta organization.






The implementation of the chosen strategy needs resources as follows: organizational structure, system and process, human or people, rewards, supports from other parties, and leadership. HR Jakarta is desired to be integral part of HR IBU and act as an added value to XYZ Business Unit in achieving its business objective by improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of HR service delivery.
