Abstrak:




Untuk memberikan landasan pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai proses pembuatan suatu produk maka di setiap institusi pendidikan tinggi khususnya bidang keahlian teknik mesin diajarkan mata kuliah proses manufaktur. Mengingat pentingnya pemahaman dan penguasaan mendasar (filosofi) dari ilmu ini, metode pembelajarannya selain dilakukan dengan tatap muka dikelas (kuliah) maka perlu ditunjang dengan suatu praktek di laboratorium (praktikum).



Pada penelitian ini dibuat/dirancang Modul Praktikum Proses Manufaktur bidang pemesinan konvensional sebanyak 7 (tujuh) modul berdasarkan kompetensi spesifik dengan referensi SAP, silabus dan fasilitas laboratorium yang ada. Tujuh modul tersebut : Proses bubut (turning), Sekrap (shaping), Freis (milling), Gurdi (drilling), Pemesinan bentuk dalam (broaching), Pemesinan roda gigi helix (helical gear) dan Gerinda (grinding). Modul-modul itu diujicobakan kepada mahasiswa Teknik Industri Universitas Parahyangan Bandung dan dilakukan verifikasi. Berdasarkan kuesioner verifikasi praktikum yang disebarkan pada praktikan, penilaian setiap modul berkisar pada opsi ke-2 (baik) dan ke-3 (cukup).


Nilai akhir maupun nilai per modul basil praktikum (modul 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 dan 7) dari group I sampai group VI pada indeks B (memuaskan) dan tingkat kelulusan 100%. Berdasarkan fakta diatas dapat dinyatakan bahwa modul praktikum tersebut sudah baik dan layak digunakan dalam praktikum proses manufaktur.

Abstract:


By giving the basic knowledge about the production processes, then every higher education institution especially mechanical engineering has taught manufacturing processes subject. To understand and to master the basic/philosophy of this skill is very important, there for, the method of learning is supported by doing practical work in laboratory as well as by learning in the class room.




In this research, seven practical work modules for conventional machining process has been designed and developed. The practical work modules for conventional machining process based on their specific competention by referencing to SAP, syllabus and laboratory facilities that availabled now. Those modules includes : turning process, shaping, milling, drilling, broaching, helical gear making and grinding. Those modules have been practiced by Industrial Engineering Students of Parahyangan University and have been veryficated. Based on the questioner of practical verification which given to the students then the result about the modules is about 2nd (good) and 3th (adequate). Final score and score for each module (module 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7) from group I until IV are B (satisfied) and graduation level is 100%. According to this fact, it is said the practical modules are good and ready to be used in the manufacturing processes practiced.
