Dalam tugas akhir ini, telah diimplementasikan jaringan saraf tiruan dengan jenis feed-forward multilayer dengan algoritma backpropagation training dan self organizing map model Kohonen menggunakan mikrokontroler multicore 32-bit Parallax Propeller P8X32A. Propeller P8X32A memiliki 8 buah core (cog) yang dapat bekerja secara simultan. Masing-masing cog memiliki ruang memori dan mengakses memori utama melalui mekanisme hub.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

In this project, a feedforward multi-layer neural network with backpropagation training algorithm and Kohonen model self organizing map have been implemented on the 32-bit multicore microcontroller Parallax Propeller P8X32A. Propeller P8X32A has 8 cores (cogs) that operate simultaneously. Each cog has its own RAM and access the main memory through the hub mechanism.
