PT. NMH adalah perusahaan milik negara Indonesia yang memiliki 2.482 pegawai. Perusahaan ini



memiliki visi untuk menjadi produsen peralatan pertahanan dan keamanan terkemuka di Asia pada



tahun 2023, melalui upaya inovasi produk dan strategi kemitraan. Oleh karena itu, menciptakan



Employee Value Proposition (EVP) yang menarik menjadi salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan talenta



terbaik, mempertahankannya dan membuat pegawai engaged terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini



bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel EVP, mengetahui evel masing-masing variabel berpengaruh



terhadap EVP, dan kelemahan variabel EVP di PT. NMH



Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksploratori studi kemudian membangun konseptual model EVP



dan setelah itu membuat desain kuesioner. Untuk mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini



menyebarkankan kuesioner kepada 195 pegawai di PT. NMH menggunakan metode sampling.



Hasil analisis faktor menemukan variabel baru yaitu variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap EVP yang



terdiri dari: leadership, company image, communication and working environment, compensation



and allowances, opportunity, job, and vision. Setelah menemukan variabel baru dari EVP, kemudian



melakukan analisis deskriptif untuk menafsirkan hasil dari masing-masing variabel. Berdasarkan



analisis deskriptif ditemukan bahwa ‘Job’ memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah, dan kelamahan dari



variabel tersebut adalah ‘Get the job as desired’ yang berarti bahwa rata-rata pegawai merasa bahwa



mereka tidak mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan keinginan diperusahaan.



Fakta ini mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan perusahaan untuk memberikan beban kerja



yang sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai, terutama menempatkan pegawai sesuai pekerjaan yang



mereka inginkan dan sesuai dengan kemampuan dan keahlian. Sehingga, pegawai mampu mengelola



stres kerja dengan baik.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

PT. NMH is a stated-owned company in Indonesia which has 2.482 employees. The company has the



vision to become the leading producer of defense and security equipment in Asia by 2023, through



the efforts of product innovation and strategic partnership. Therefore, set the Employee Value



Proposition (EVP) becomes one of the ways to get best talents, retain and make them engaged to the



company. This research aims to analyze what are variables of EVP, on what level each variable has



an effect to EVP, and the weaknesses of that variables of EVP in PT. NMH.



This research used method based on exploratory study then building conceptual model of EVP and



then create questionnaire design. In collecting the data, this research spreads for about 195



questionnaires to employees in PT. NMH using stratified random sampling method.



The result of analysis factor finding new variables that there are seven variables which effect to EVP,



consists of; leadership, company image, communication and working environment, compensation



and allowances, opportunity, job, and vision. After found new variables of EVP, then doing analysis



using descriptive analysis to interpret the result of what variable which has a lowest average score to



determine the level of each variable. Based on descriptive analysis found that job has the lowest



average score, and the weaknesses of this variable is about “Get the job as desired” which means that



employee feels that they did not get the job as they want to get in the company.



This fact heading to the conclusion for the company to more concern to set the job that appropriate



with employees’ skills and abilities, give a workload that fit with employees capabilities, especially



to put employees according to the job they want. Furthermore, employees can manage their workstress



well.
