Layanan informasi obat merupakan layanan kefarmasian yang harus diberikan oleh apoteker untuk

meningkatkan kepatuhan sehingga terapi dapat tercapai secara optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk

mengetahui kualitas layanan informasi obat, kepatuhan pasien, efektivitas terapi hipertensi, dan

hubungan ketiga parameter tersebut yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Ibrahim Adjie Bandung. Penelitian

deskriptif ini didesain secara cross-sectional dan konkuren (Januari - Maret 2018) menggunakan kuesioner

tervalidasi. Jumlah subjek penelitian dihitung dari populasi pasien hipertensi menggunakan rumus Slovin.

Kualitas layanan informasi obat diukur menggunakan metode SERVQUAL, tingkat kepatuhan diukur

menggunakan Modified Morisky Scale (MMS), dan efektivitas terapi dianalisis dengan mengukur

pencapaian tekanan darah pasien sesuai target yang ditetapkan standar JNC 7. Terdapat 57 pasien

Prolanis dan 302 pasien non Prolanis yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Kualitas layanan informasi obat

baik terhadap pasien Prolanis maupun non-prolanis sudah baik yaitu berkisar 95% dengan nilai terendah

pada dimensi fasilitas. Tingkat kepatuhan dan efektivitas pada pasien Prolanis berkisar 96,49% dan 56,14%

yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan capaian pada pasien non-Prolanis yaitu 31,13% dan 26,16%. Terdapat

hubungan positif antara kualitas layanan informasi obat dengan efektivitas terapi (r= 0,561 , p > 0,05), dan

semakin tinggi tingkat kepatuhan pasien terhadap regimen terapinya semakin tinggi efektivitas terapinya

(r= 0,842, p = 0,035). Jenis informasi obat yang diperlukan oleh pasien tetapi belum diberikan secara

konsisten oleh apoteker yaitu efek samping, peringatan/perhatian, interaksi-obat, kontraindikasi, dan

golongan obat. Data penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kualitas informasi obat serta upaya

lain seperti pengkajian resep, konseling/konsultasi obat untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien terhadap

regimen sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas terapinya.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

The drug information service is a pharmaceutical service that must be given by the pharmacist to improve

adherence so that therapy can be achieved optimally. This study was conducted to determine the quality

of drug information services, patient compliance, the effectiveness of hypertension therapy, and the

relationship of these three parameters that were implemented at Ibrahim Adjie Bandung Community

Health Center. This descriptive study was designed cross-sectional and concurrent (January - March 2018)

using a validated questionnaire. The number of study subjects was calculated from the population of

hypertensive patients using the Slovin formula. The quality of drug information services was measured

using the SERVQUAL method, the adherence level was measured using Modified Morisky Scale (MMS),

and the effectiveness of the therapy was analyzed by measuring the achievement of the patient's blood

pressure according to the target set by JNC standard 7. There were 57 Prolanis and 302 non-Prolanis

patients analyzed in this research. The quality of drug information services to both Prolanis and nonprolanis patients is good, ie 95% with the lowest value in facility dimension. Levels of adherence and

effectiveness in Prolanis patients were 96.49% and 56.14% higher than those in non-Prolanis patients

31.13% and 26.16%. There was a positive correlation between the quality of drug information service with

the effectiveness of therapy (r = 0.561, p> 0.05), and the higher level of patient adherence to therapeutic

regimen the higher the effectiveness of the therapy (r = 0.842, p = 0.035). Types of drug information

required by the patient but not consistently given by the pharmacist are side effects, warning / attention,

drug interactions, contraindications, and drug classes. This research data demonstrates the need to

improve the quality of drug information as well as other efforts such as prescription assessment, drug

counseling / consultation to improve patient compliance with the regimen so as to improve the

effectiveness of the therapy.
