Gedung Museum Seni Rupa Kontemporer Bandung termasuk jenis gedung bertingkat, yang memiliki fungsi utama sebagai museum. Agar terlaksananya proyek gedung ini, dibutuhkan untuk sistem drainase serta plambing pada bangunan. Proses perancangan sistem drainase dan plambing gedung ini dimulai dengan studi literatur, kemudian pengumpulan data, dan dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan. Air hujan yang turun, baik itu kea tap ataupun permukaan nantinya akan disalurkan ke kali yang berjarak 200 meter dari bangunan. Selanjutnya, untuk perencanaan plambing, penentuan ukuran diameter pipa dilakukan berdasarkan metode unit alat

plambing (UBAP) yang diizinkan untuk setiap diameter pipa. Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini adalah sistem drainase dan plambing yang sesuai dengan standar dari Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya dan Badan Standarisasi Nasional.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Bandung Museum of Contemporary Art is classified into a multi-story buildings, which has the main function as a museum. Therefore, the drainage and plumbing system design is needed to build this building. The drainage and plumbing system design process begins with literature studies, as follow by data collection, then proceeds with planning. The rain water that falls whether into the surface or the roof will be distributed to the nearest river which is 200 meters away from the building. Furthermore, for plumbing sytem design, the pipe diameter is determined based on the method of plotting unit (UBAP) that allowed for each pipe diameter. The result of this final project is a well design drainage and plumbing sytem that is made according to the rules and standard from Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya and Badan Standarisasi Nasional.
