In general, this final paper is describing about the position of X Community Program implementation in Bandung, seen in the frame of its existence. X Community is a program that is newly implemented by PT. X., a well-known and also one of pioneers of telecommunication provider company in Indonesia. X Community general definition is a community that is formed based on at least one similarity of its members; using X as their mobile phone provider. Telesurvey method is chosen based on the consideration of the time efficiency in approaching community members as respondents. The process took three months, but only from Monday to Wednesday each weeks, with time from 8 a.m to 5 p.m (office hour). Respondents are separated into two categories; school (with 120 respondents out of 633 community) and non-school (with 70 respondents out of 198 community). The samples are taken based on multistage sampling method.
