Hotel bintang tiga di Sukabumi memiliki luas bangunan dan ruang luar sebesar 17.466 m2 yang terdiri atas 7 lantai dan 1 basement. Peruntukan setiap lantai adalah
lantai 1 untuk lobby, kantor, retail, dan fasilitas rekreasi, basement untuk dapur dan area operasional, lantai 2 hingga 6 untuk kamar tidur sebanyak 115 unit kamar dengan 3 tipe kamar, dan lantai 7 untuk penthouse. Sebagai bangunan komersial dan aktivitas domestik, diperlukan penyaluran air bersih dan air limbah untuk
menunjang kegiatan operasional hotel. Adapun maksud dan tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah merancang sistem plambing air limbah dan sistem pengolahan air limbah hotel bintang tiga di Sukabumi. Air limbah yang dihasilkan pada setiap lantai dialirkan dengan sistem plambing ke unit pengolahan air limbah agar tidak mencemari lingkungan sekitar. Sistem plambing yang direncanakan menggunakan sistem penyaluran air limbah tercampur untuk greywater dan blackwater. Dalam perancangan ini, sistem plambing dilengkapi dengan desain biofilter anaerob-aerob yang dilengkapi dengan grease trap dan bak penampung. Proses perancangan dimulai dari menghitung pemakaian air berdasarkan fixture unit dan debit air
limbah, menentukan jalur perpipaan air limbah dan ven, menentukan dimensi pipa, menentukan dimensi unit pengolahan air limbah, serta membuat gambar teknis dan
analisis biaya sistem plambing dan unit pengolahan air limbah. Pipa horizontal gedung dirancang dengan kemiringan 1/50 – 1/100 mm. Pipa cabang horizontal air
limbah berukuran 1,5 - 8 inch dan pipa tegak berukuran 4 inch dan 8 inch. Pipa ven cabang berukuran 1,5 - 5 inch dan pipa tegak ven berukuran 2 – 5 inch. Pipa buangan gedung untuk menyalurkan air limbah ke unit pengolahan air limbah berukuran 4 inch dan 8 inch. Kapasitas biofilter yang digunakan adalah 100 m3/hari. Total biaya perancangan sistem plambing air limbah dan unit-unit pengolahan air limbah untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional hotel bintang tiga di Sukabumi sebesar Rp 2.262.550.000.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

The total area of three star hotel in Sukabumi that consists of 7 floors and one basement, is 17.466 m2. The designations of each floor are the 1st floor for lobby,
office, retail, and recreational facilities, basement for kitchen and operational area, 2nd to 6th floors for 115 bedrooms with 3 room types, and 7th floor for penthouse. As a commercial building and domestic activities, it is necessary to supply clean water
and wastewater for supporting the hotel's operational activities. The purpose and objective of this final project was to design wastewater plumbing system and
wastewater treatment system at three star hotel in Sukabumi. Wastewater generated on each floor is conveyed by plumbing system to the wastewater treatment plant thus the wastewater does not pollute environment. Plumbing systems use a mixed wastewater discharge system for greywater and blackwater. In this design, plumbing systems are equipped with anaerobic-aerobic biofilter facility, grease trap, and sump pit. The design process starts from calculating water usage based on fixture unit, calculating wastewater discharge, determining wastewater pipeline and vent, determining pipe dimension, determining dimension of wastewater treatment unit, and creating technical drawing and cost analysis of plumbing system and wastewater treatment unit. The horizontal pipe of the building was designed with a slope of 1/50 - 1/100 mm. The horizontal pipe size for wastewater was 1.5 inches to 8 inches and the vertical pipe sizes were 4 inches and 8 inches. The branch vent pipe size was 1.5 inches to 5 inches and the vertical vent pipe size was 2 inches to 5 inches. The building discharge pipes to the wastewater treatment unit were 4 inches and 8 inches. The biofilter capacity was 100 m3/day. The total cost of wastewater plumbing system and wastewater treatment plant to support the operational activities of three star hotel in Sukabumi was IDR 2,262,550,000.
