In this thesis, the field will be called X hereafter. It is due to disclosure agreement with the respective company. The findings from this thesis are to determine the feasibility of the project seen from the Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Index Ratio, and payback period for the company and government and analyze the influential factors which drive the economic value of the project. There are several aspects which are to be considered so as the project becomes more profitable: the production rate, price of the gas, all development costs incurred during the life of the project, market, and government policy and incentives. Based on the sensitivity analysis (tornado and spider) for all those aspects (except market and government policy and incentives), the most influential factors are the price and production rate. The end result for the project's analysis is that it is viable with the NPV for the contractor which reaches $ 209,24 million, 12,31% IRR, and 33% Profitability Index Ratio that represents the total efficiency of contractor's cash flow.
