Abstrak:
Peta kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia merupakan alat yang dapat memberikan gambaran pendidikan di Indonesia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membuat peta kualitas
pendidikan kota Dumai propinsi Riau berdasarkan nilai uji kompetensi guru SMA. Algoritma Agglomerative dengan metode Ward diterapkan dalam kajian ini karena
tidak adanya informasi awal mengenai data. Berdasarkan kelompok yang terbentuk, dibuat visualisasi berupa peta kualitas pendidikan kota Dumai untuk tingkat SMA.
Sekolah sekolah ini ditandai dengan tanda dan warna yang berbeda sesuai dengan kelompoknya. Hasil pengelompokkan memberikan tipelogi sekolah dari setiap kelompok yang terbentuk, tipelogi ini dapat dijadikan dasar pelaksanaan peningkatan kompetensi, kualifikasi, dan diklat-diklat guru SMA.

One of picture education in Indonesia describe by Indonesian Education Quality map. Goal of this paper is to make a map for education quality in Dumai (Riau
province) using teacher competency score in Senior High School. Since no prior information till the data are available, we apply agglomerative algorithm with Wards
Method. Based on this clusters, we make visualized as Dumai education quality map for Senior High School. Result of this paper is typologi of each cluster maded.
