Kajian Resiko merupakan kegiatan untuk menghitung nilai resiko dari suatu sistem dan peralatan. Tujuan kegiatan ini dilakukan, untuk meminimalisir dampak serius yang dapat


membahayakan kerugian finansial, keselamatan, maupun kerusakan lingkungan (HSE) yang akan ditimbulkan saat terjadi kegagalan pada peralatan.


Pada Tugas akhir ini, resiko dianalisis dan dihitung dengan menggunakan Code DNV RP-G101 Risk Based Inspection of Offshore Topsides Static Mechanical Equipment. Dalam


tugas akhir ini juga ini dibahas pengaruh berbagai parameter utama terhadap nilai PoF dan CoF.


Dari level screening diperoleh sistem-sistem yang memiliki level resiko “high” sehingga harus dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut pada level detail assessment. Sistem tersebut


yakni, Process Gas, Gas Compression ,Gas Export & Metering, Gas Processing (Liquid Removal) ,Risers ,Fuel Gas, Open Drain, Fire Water, dan Flare, Glycolvent, blowdown system.


Analisis lanjut yaitu detail assessment dilakukan pada beberapa equipment pada sistem Process Gas, Gas Compression, dan Gas Export & Metering. Dari analisis detail assessment diperoleh tiga equipment yang memiliki nilai resiko “high”, yakni 22MBF-001 Top (Slug Catcher Top) ; economic risk = US$ 39,999.79 , dan nilai PoF = 0.0212, 23MBF-101 Top (1st Stage Suction Scrubber Top) ; economic risk = US$ 5,331,994 , dan nilai PoF = 0.414, 23MBF-102 Bottom (2nd Stage Discharge Cooler) ; economic risk = US$ 5,332,000 , environment risk = US$ 24,039.52 dan nilai PoF = 0.0212 Dari hasil studi parameter didapatkan hubungan antara corrosion rate dengan PoF, % H2S terhadap safety consequence, % PLP terhadap economic consequence, dan antara massa jenis terhadap environment consequence.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Risk Assessment is an activity to calculate the value of the risk value for systems and equipments. The purpose of this action is to minimize the negative impacts that threaten the safety health, safety, and environment (HSE) and satisfy the stringent regulation in them.


In this thesis, risk has been analized and calculated in reference by DNV DNV RPG101 Risk Based Inspection of Offshore Topsides Static Mechanical Equipment. Moreover,


exercise to some parameters also applied to get to effect to the PoF and CoF.


Screening Assessment level show Process Gas, Gas Compression ,Gas Export & Metering, Gas Processing (Liquid Removal) ,Risers ,Fuel Gas, Open Drain, Fire Water, dan


Flare, Glycolvent, Blowdown systems have a high risk level in which must be further analyzed at detail assessment level.


Detail assessment level has applied to equipments in Process Gas, Gas Compression, Gas Export & Metering systems and show that two equipments give high result risk level i.e 22MBF-001 Top (Slug Catcher Top) ; economic risk = US$ 39,999.79 , PoF = 0.0212, 23MBF-101 Top (1st Stage Suction Scrubber Top) ; economic risk = US$ 5,331,994 , PoF = 0.414, 23MBF-102 Bottom (2nd Stage Discharge Cooler) ; economic risk = US$ 5,332,000 , environment risk = US$ 24,039.52 and PoF = 0.0212 The exercise to some parameters that has been done, show the exponential relation between corrosion rate and PoF, linier relation between % H2S and safety consequence, linier relation between % PLP and economic consequence, at last between fluid density and


environment consequence.
