Studi gayaberat mikro 4D telah dilakukan di area X lapangan Minas, PT. Chevron Pasific Indonesia dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh injeksi air dalam reservoir di daerah tersebut. Pengambilan data dilakukan dua kali pada maret - april 2006 dan juli - agustus 2006 dengan menggunakan 3 alat gravitymeter yaitu Lacoste dan Romberg G1158 dan G826 yang digunakan untuk menghitung nilai gayaberat tiap stasiun. Sedangkan gravitymeter Lacoste&Romberg G508 digunakan untuk mengamati pasang surut gayaberat. Anomali gayaberat mikro time-lapse diperoleh dengan mengurangkan gayaberat observasi lokal periode maret 2006 terhadap gayaberat observasi lokal periode maret 2006. Selanjutnya, dilakukan proses filtering menggunakan metoda moving-average dengan lebar jendela 1000 x 1000 m2 untuk memisahkan anomali gayaberat mikro time-lapse dengan noise. Peta anomali gayaberat mikro time-lapse yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa anomali gayaberat mikro time-lapse yang bernilai positif menunjukkan adanya penambahan massa dalam reservoir akibat proses injeksi air terutama pada bagian NE daerah penelitian. Sedangkan anomali gayaberat mikro time-lapse yang bernilai negatif menunjukkan adanya pengurangan massa reservoir akibat proses produksi terutama pada bagian tengah daerah penelitian. Hal ini diperkuat dengan model bawah permukaan line A-A, B-B dan C-C yang didapat menggunakan metoda forward modeling.

The 4-D Microgravity study was carried out in area X minas field, PT. Chevron Pasific Indonesia to identify water injection effect in the reservoir. Data acquisition was carried out two times, precisely in march - april 2006 and july - august 2006 using three gravitymeters, such as Gravitymeter Lacoste and Romberg G1158 and G826 was used to measure gravity value in each station, another gravitymeter, Gravitymeter Lacoste and Romberg G508, was used to observe the gravity tidal. Time-lapse microgravity anomaly was derived by reducing local gravity observed in march 2006 to local gravity observed at july 2006. Next, we used moving-average method with windows 1000 x 1000 m2 to remove noise from timelapse microgravity anomaly. The Time-lapse microgravity anomaly map shows that the positive time-lapse microgravity anomaly value indicates mass addition in the reservoir , which is caused by water injection process, especially on the N-E study area. The negative time-lapse microgravity anomaly value indicates mass reduction in the reservoir, which is caused by production process, especially on the middle study area. These conclusions are supported by geological subsurface models from line A-A, B-B and C-C, which are derived by using forward modeling method.
