Axle-Generator Power Supply Equipment Redesign for Economic Class Passengger Car

The Perumka’s economic class passengger car which are purchased from Japan, generated the electric energy from the kinetic energy of wheels by axle generator system. Because of high maintenance cost, since the spare part was imported from another country, it is good to redesign a new system with domestic component. This paper discuss a redesignof power supply system which is cheaper, reliable and easy maintenance according to the electric demand on the car. Some test of subsystem characteristic , such as variation of speed and flucuation in connected load, tend to prove the feasibility of applying subsystem at opperational condition.
