I do agree with all of the concepts you have presneted in your post. They're really convincing and can definitely work. Nonetheless, the posts are very brief for beginners. May just you please extend them a little from next time? Thanks for the post.

Sorry to the last commenter you left no email for me to foollw up. The recovery depends on severity. Since you can run at all, I would say try throwing in some yoga, compression and do the pt exercises. Hopefully within a month you'll be seeing huge improvement
